Adding Previous Employer for New Drivers

To add records of Previous Employer user can navigate to a Drivers Profile and then under the tab "Previous Employment" add Previous Employment Employer.

Once you have clicked the "Add Previous Employer" button and a following window will open up:

Next, You must select select Pending Verification and submit your request. You will have two options:

  • Electronic method

Electronic method will email the previous employer a link and request previous employment records to be filled out using our online form. Once the form is completed, it will turn to Verified status.
  • PDF method

PDF method will require you to upload your own Previous Employer Verification form that was hand filled out on your end. This form will then be emailed or faxed based on your selection to the previous employer.

Adding Previous Employer records for Existing Drivers (Verified Status)

Once you have clicked the "Add Previous Employer" button and a following window will open up:

You will select "Verified" from the Response drop down if existing driver was already verified.

Next, you will select PDF as your Requested Method and enter either an email or fax number you used in the past to request this verification. Please note, this will not initiate another request since it is already in verified status.

If you used a 3rd party service to conduct previous employment verifications in the past, you will need to use the service provider email in the email field or their fax number if applicable.
