Create & View Requests

The Request Submission page is a centralized platform designed to streamline communication and facilitate the efficient resolution of requests and inquiries from both staff users and drivers. With its user-friendly interface users can easily submit their requests, providing all necessary information upfront and attaching relevant documents to support their inquiries.


1. You can make the request from the Staff individual profile in the Requests tab and click the button Add Request which you can see in the picture below. 


2. You will then see this popup window in which you add the required data.


3. To access the table view of Requests you navigate through the Fleet + Staff in sidebar and click Requests.


4. Here you will see all of the request made by your Staff/Driver users. If you wish to update that status you go on the right side of that particular request and click on the three dots where you will see the Update text. You will then see the popup window with more information which you can update


Driver App Requests


Your drivers can also send request via the Truckin Digital Driver App and their request will be shown here in the table view of requests. Check out below how that looks like on the Driver App.
