Driver Profile - Uploading Documents

Truckin Digital is enhancing its driver profile management system by introducing a feature that allows drivers to add important documents to their profiles. This new capability is designed to streamline document management and improve overall operational efficiency.

Document Upload: Staff can now upload various documents, such as licenses, certifications, insurance papers, and other relevant documents directly to their driver profiles. This ensures that all necessary documentation is readily accessible and up-to-date.

How to upload documents: Here are the simple instructions on how to upload documents to your drivers profile:

1. Navigate to the Driver Profile, then navigate to Documents tab. Here you will click the "Add Document" 

• Enter Document Name
• Expiry Date of Document (Optional)

File Types and Size Limits: The system supports multiple file types, including PDFs, images, and text files, with specific size limits to ensure efficient storage and quick access.

Security and Privacy: Enhanced security measures are in place to protect sensitive information. Uploaded documents are encrypted and stored securely, ensuring that only authorized personnel can access them.
