Welcome to the Attendance Overview page of your company. Here, you can conveniently track the attendance of drivers and staff members, including their Paid Time Off (PTO) allocations and usage. This page is designed to streamline attendance management, ensuring efficient scheduling and accurate record-keeping.
1. To access the Attendance page you have to find it here on your main sidebar under Fleet + Staff.
2. You will be then redirected to the table overview of your attendance from Drivers and Staff users. To create a new attendance click on the top right button Add Attendance. You will then be prompted to input the following picture below:
3. Once you have added an attendance log you will see it in the table overview. If you want to edit it further you can click on the three dots on the right side of that log in which you can View it, Delete it or if you need to, download that log as a file for evidence keeping.
4. In the View options you can edit and update that same log as you can see in the picture below.
5. Also when some of your Staff/Driver users upload from their profile an attendance you will see it in the table overview.
