Incidents

In case your driver commits any incident, this is the place where you will set up actions taken for that driver, set up a risk level, and the recommended action for the type of incident you've set.

As the system preloads you with default actions for the incident types. you are able to set your own action taken for certain type of incident and infraction type.

Go to the bottom of the menu, and click on the +Add Incident Type. Enter your Incident type, select a risk level, infraction, is it visible to a driver and click on the blue checkmark button.

When setting up the recommended action, for an example when adding your incident type, click on the Add button and set up your action taken based on the preferences from the action taken section.

When setting up the actions for the incident, you'll be prompted with a popup screen in which you'll set your actions for the incident, such as 1st Warning, 2nd Warning, Suspension or Termination, on which type of that incident is recurring with a driver. Simply press +Add Acton Type, and select the preferred action type from the drop down list.
