In the Incidents page you can track and manage every aspect of unforeseen challenges. Here you can maintain detailed records of every incident, ensuring accountability and continuous improvement.

1. To navigate to the Incidents page you click on the left sidebar on the Safety & Compliance tab and there you will find the Incidents page.

2. You will then be redirected to the chart and table overview of every recorded incident in your company. On the top part of the page you will see the chart which represents a quick overview of every recorded incident. On the bottom part of the page you will see the more detailed overview of incidents.

3. When you click button Add Incident you have to select the Staff or Driver incident and then you will see a popup window with more information.

4. Here you will have to fill out the information regarding the incident. The system will calculate if this person has none or more incidents and that will be seen in the window modal on the right side called Recommended Action.

a. Type of Incident

To add to you system the types of incidents you will have to navigate to Company Settings - Safety & Compliance - Incidents. Here you can add the types of incidents, as well as

b. Action Taken

Here you can add your customised taken actions and this is found on the same page in Company Settings and below Incidents section in the point 4. a.

5. Now that you have created a Incident you can scroll to the right side of the table overview and click on the three dots where you have an option to Edit, View or Delete that Incident. The View option will give you an overview of the complete information you put into that single Incident which you can store for later evidence.
