Here you will find your Customers page where you will find your partners in logistics. This page serves as your dedicated space to track, manage, and optimise your customers.
1. To find the Customers page navigate to the main sidebar and here we have marked the location of the page.
2. You will then be redirected to the table view of Customers page. To add a new customer click on the top right button Add Customer.
3. You will then be prompted in a popup window to enter the information of your customer.
4. Next tab in creating a customer is the Contact Book. Here you can store all of the contacts you have of that particular customer. Likewise you can add multiple contacts and assign the type such as: Primary, Secondary etc...
5. On the next tab Terms & Requirements you will have to enter the details of payment terms and that particular customers requirements such as does he require a Signature on Stop Points etc...
6. In the tab Delay Reason Codes you can add multiple reasons which will be stored in this customers profile.
7. On the Fuel Surcharges Matrix tab you can add it to multiple Shipment Types/Commodities that you have in your system and that are connected to this customer.
8. The final step of creating a Customer profile is the Linehaul Rate Matrix.
9. Your customer profile is now created.
