Linehaul Rate Matrix is used by trucking companies to establish consistent, transparent pricing for long-haul freight transportation services, incorporating base rates, distance tiers, rate adjustments, and accessorial charges to reflect the complexities of the trucking industry.
NOTE: If linehaul rate matrix is setup, the system will prefill your billing charges upon each shipment creation based on the matrix.
1. In your system you can also add the information of a Linehaul Rate Matrix on your Customers profile. To navigate to this part you will have to first go to Customers Page - Specific Customer profile - Linehaul Rate Matrix tab. Then to edit that information in the tab you will see the three dots and when you click on the you will be prompted with the information as you can see in the picture below.
2. Here you can edit all of that information regarding the Linehaul Rate Matrix and to save the changes you have to first click on the purple box with the tick icon which is indicated with the arrow in the picture below.
