Alerts

Alerts section shows you all the alerts that happen in your system, 80+ are available in our system, and we advise you to set up your alert center based on the preferences by your business.

Out of Service Triggers

Out of Service Triggers, is a setting in which any kind of violations, inspection, document expiry will trigger out, for an example, your driver out of service as his driver license expires, and the driver is not able to drive a load with an expired license. You are able to set up a Alert + Out of Service Trigger, 90, 60, 30 days prior to expiry of some documentation, where the system will send you alert, that the documentation is expiring, and in case nothing was done for that matter, after expiry, the driver will be set to Not Available, and you won't be able to use them for the shipment.

In case you don't want any action taken by our system in case of documentation expiry , you can set an Alert Only option, which will only send an alert into Alert Center prior to your advance notice.

Or you can ignore any kind of action by our system, nor to send your driver in out of service, not to have an alert, for the document expiry.
