Company Settings - Accounting

General

The general tab in the accounting section enables you to set up your invoice starting number, setting up your EIN and additional information for your accounts receivable that will appear on invoices.

Factoring 

In case your company works with a factoring company, all you need to do is to enable factoring and enter the details of your factoring company, from where you are also able to add a notice of assignment, and to attach your notice of assignment letter, which will be show when selecting factoring in the accounting receivables.

Funds Transfer Instructions

Funds Transfer Instructions is a place where you will enter your bank details, your ACH information, and your Wire information, which will be used as a fundings receivables. 

Payment Terms

Basically in the payment terms section, you will have some preloaded payment terms, but it's possible to add your own simply by setting your term name, your payment net, and in case you want to give a discount, you can add it, which will automatically be calculated to your customer when setting the payment terms. 

Account types

Here you are able to add your account types, in which you will be sorting your receivables, expenses. You can also add your own account type, which will be shown and sorted inside the chart of accounts. 

Invoice Appearance

Invoice appearance will show you how does your invoice will be seen by your customers. 

Items and Services

This tab will show you all your items and services that you provide, when onboarding there a some preloaded, but you are able to add your own, simply by clicking on the +Add Item button.

In that case, you will be prompted with a popup screen in which you will add your Items and Services, fill in the data, select the type, if taxable, and item or service description.

Checks

In this tab, you are able to customize and predefine your check options.
