View Shipment Progress (Single Shipment Monitoring)

Stay in control and informed with your shipments. On this page you can monitor the progress of your delivery in real-time. Our intuitive interface offers you a live map view where you can see the exact location of your shipment and the driver's current stop. Stay updated on every detail, from the estimated time of arrival to the specific commodities being transported.

1. To go to View Progress page you first need to go to Shipments page which you can find on your main left sidebar.

2. On the general table view of shipments you can scroll the table to the right side and click on the three dots of that particular shipment. You will then see in the dropdown menu the option to go to View Progress page.

You can also navigate to the View Progress page if you go into one shipment in particular and then click on the three dots in the top right corner where you will open a dropdown menu with the option of View Progress.

3. When you have created a new shipment and go through the dispatch process, once you successfully dispatch that shipment you will be redirected to the View Progress page.

And that's it. Now you can track the state of your load/shipment through the View Progress page.
