Monitor Shipments

Stay in control and informed with your monitoring. We will show how you can seamlessly monitor the progress of your shipments in real-time. Our intuitive interface offers you a live map view where you can see the exact location of your shipment and the driver's current stop. Stay updated on every detail, from the estimated time of arrival to the specific commodities being transported. In the list check the details of the tools and information you need for smooth, efficient logistics. 


Before we start the overall walkthrough of Shipments Monitoring check out our Single Shipment Monitoring tutorial which we won't cover in this article. 


1. To track your shipments, navigate to the Shipments page, which allows you to monitor up to 500 shipments with real-time updates. This means there is no need to refresh the page to view the progress of the shipments you are tracking.


As you can see a single shipment in table view offers you the information of its ID, customer, driver, equipment, status, group, origin, destination, current location, next stop, total ETA, RPM, type, telematics, HOS and Motion.

  • ID - Showing the ID number of the shipment that is created
  • CUSTOMER - This is showing the customer/multi-customer/broker of that particular shipment
  • DRIVER - Showing the assigned driver to that shipment
  • PLANNED - When you click on this Planned you will see how many planned shipments exist for a particular customer
  • STATUS - Shows the status of the shipment and can be: Planned, Dispatched, On Route, Delayed, Arrived, Completed, Dry Run
  • ORIGIN - Showing the origin of the load
  • DESTINATION - Shows the final destination/stop of the shipment
  • CURRENT LOCATION - Showing the drivers current location
  • NEXT STOP - Showing the next Stop Point in line 
  • TOTAL ETA - Shows the ETA how long a shipment will be underway
  • RPM - Shows Revenue Per Mile
  • AMOUNT - Shows Billing Charges of shipment
  • TYPE - Showing the equipment used on that shipment
  • TELEMATICS - Showing the connected telematics to that shipment
  • HOS - Showing drivers Hours of Service
  • Motion - Showing the vehicles motion such as: Idling, Moving, Not Moving. 



2. When you click on a specific Shipment you will have access to all of the shipment details, stops etc. 


3. If the Shipment Events tab you can monitor every change that happened to a particular shipment and who has done those changes from the side of your staff, drivers or the system.
