Offering Shipments

Truckin Digital has introduced the Offer Shipments feature to streamline the process of assigning shipments to Owner Operators and Carriers. This feature automates the offering of shipments, enhancing efficiency and ease of use.

Navigating Offer Shipments

Accessing the Planner Section:

Navigate to the left side of the screen.
Select the Planner section.
Click on "Plan Shipments."

The Plan Shipments screen will appear:

Selecting Shipments:

On the shipment list, select the shipment(s) you wish to offer by clicking the checkbox on the left side of each shipment.
A "Bulk Actions" button will appear, providing an "Offer" option.

Alternative Method:

Right-Side Navigation:
- On the Plan Shipments list view, navigate to the right side of the screen.
- Click on the three dots to open a pop-up window.

Offering Shipments:

Select the "Offer" option in the pop-up window.
A new window will open, prompting you to select a driver or carrier to offer the shipment to.

Driver and Carrier Options:

Drivers: Internal drivers of the user.
In-Network Carriers: Known carriers already in the system.
External Network Carriers: New carriers that the user wishes to offer the load to.

Finalizing the Offer:

Input Data:
- After selecting a driver, you will be prompted to enter the following information:
  - Offer Amount
  - Expiry Duration: Expire Shipment Offer After X amount of days
  - Auto Award: Automatically award the offer to the first lowest amount after a specified period (days, minutes, hours).

Submitting the Offer:

Click the "Submit Offer" button to send the offer to the driver with all shipment details and the offer amount.

A pop-up window will appear with the following options:
- Submit: Only submit the offer.
- Submit and Watch Bids: Directs you to a page where you can monitor all bids, rejections, and confirmations for the submitted shipment.

This streamlined process ensures that offering shipments is efficient and user-friendly, providing clear options and steps to complete the task.
