The Shipments section allows you to predefine your shipments preferences based on your company policy, such as setting your starting shipment number, auditing shipments prior to billing, reverting shipment if your driver is in not available status. In case you create a shipment and assign it to your driver who is not available, and the drivers attendance in approved for an example a Time Off during that date range, the shipment will be reverted in order for you to assign it to another driver. You are also able to add past dates when creating stops, to require actual quantity, weight, BOL on stop checkout.

You can also preselect type of shipments you are creating from the planner, such as a TL or LTL shipments.

And you can predefine your dispatch option to the driver as a Dispatch immediately or to Offer it. Which ever you select it will be a default option when dispatching a shipment.

You can select which options when toggled on to be hidden from the shipment stop view and you can hide the shipment validation process when creating a shipment.
