Planner Availability List

The availability list offers a comprehensive view of all available drivers, aiding in effective future and present driver planning. The list includes data for particular date span such as: Total Miles, Gross Revenue, RPM and Next Available Location.

To access the "Availability" section, navigate to the left panel, select "Planner," and click on "Availability" in the dropdown menu. This will display the list of drivers. 

The "Availability" screen offers three views to display all available drivers:

• List
• Timeline
• Planner Match

In this document, we will go over the List view.

List  

The list view where all available drivers will be shown with the following information: 

• Name
  • Displays the driver's first and last name. 
• Booked (FROM/TO) 
  • Shows the driver's next availability based on their current shipment schedule, any PTOs, or status changes made by the user or driver via the driver app. For instance, if a driver is on a shipment from 07/08/2024 14:00 to 07/10/2024 10:00, their next availability will be 07/10/2024. 
• Total Miles 
  • Reflects the total miles driven by the driver, including both empty and loaded miles for the selected date range. Total miles are calculated based on the Empty and Loaded miles driver drove for selected data range.

• Gross Revenue
  • Displays the gross revenue generated by each driver for the company. Clicking on a driver's name opens a detailed view of each shipment and its status within the selected date range. 

• RPM (Revenue Per Mile)
  • Calculated based on all empty and loaded miles for shipments within the selected date range. 

• Next Available Date 
  • Determined by:
    • The last shipment and delivery location.
    • Status changes from "Available" to "Not Available" with date and location details.
    • PTO requests made by the driver or changes made by the user via the web.
      
      
• View Notes
  • Clicking this button opens a window where users can input notes related to the driver.

• Update
  • Clicking this button opens a window where users can input the driver's next available location and date.
    

• Detailed Information
  • Clicking on a driver in the list opens a dropdown menu with detailed information about their loads and current statuses. Users can navigate from this view to the specific shipment view.
    
    

• Filters and Search
  • The top section of the "Availability" page includes filters for selecting equipment, drivers, and tags.
    

• You can input custom date ranges, affecting the List View results.
• Clicking "All" next to the search bar opens a location filter pop-up. Users can search by city, state, radius, equipment, drivers, and tags.
