Planner - Planner Match

The Planner Match feature on the Availability page in Truckin Digital helps match available shipments in your planner queue with suitable drivers efficiently. Follow these steps to utilize this feature effectively:

• Access the Availability Page:
  • Navigate to the Availability page by selecting it from the left hand side menu.
• Open Planner Match:
  • Click on the Planner Match tab and the Planner Match feature will display a list of drivers who match the requirements of the selected load. The matching criteria may include location, availability, travel area, allowed equipment types and other relevant factors. Review the list of matched drivers and you can compare their details such as current location, time to reach the load pickup point, available hours, and other relevant metrics.
    
    

• Filters on Availability page:

  • You can filter Planner Match list by Drivers, Equipment, Mile Radius, Date Range and Day Span.
    
    
    

• Matched Shipments:

  • Once you select one of the shipments that system has matched, this will immediately will give you projected RPM and will even go step further, and will also offer you Recommended Backhaul for the following shipment where you would get to make a single selection for Recommended Backhaul.
    
    
    

• Final Step:

  • Once the matched shipment and if optionally Recommended Backhaul are selected you can click on Dispatch button and that will redirect you to the dispatch page.
