In the Availability Timeline, users can visualize the timeframe of their dispatched and planned shipments, along with detailed information about their drivers, including miles driven and revenue generated for the selected period.
Available Drivers
The Timeline provides a list of available drivers with their next available location information.
Planning and Visualization
Truckin Digital designed this feature to simplify planning by showing when drivers are available, along with their current miles and the company's revenue from shipments.
- Timeline Navigation
- Users can scroll through the Timeline to view their drivers' completed, dispatched, or planned shipments by week, day, or month. (To scroll, press the Shift key on your keyboard and use the mouse scroll wheel).
- Search by Driver's Name
- Using the search bar.
- Select Equipment
- From the dropdown menu, displaying all equipment in the system.
- Select Drivers
- From the dropdown menu, displaying all drivers in the system.
- Select Tags
- Filtering drivers by specific tags assigned to them.
- Your profile tag will automatically populate when visiting this page.
