1. To create Items and Services, just go to Accounting menu on the left hand side menu, and select Items and Services. From there you'll be prompted into the Company Settings, Items and Services tab, from where you'll be able to add your Items and Services, simply by clicking the +Add Item button.
2. In case it's an Income, for your Items and Services please fill in the Item Code and Item Name, select it as an Income item and service.
3. Select one of your Income accounts from the drop down menu, you want this Item and Service to be associated with.
4. In case that this income is Taxable, please toggle on the Taxable option, enter the tax percentage and select the Account type you want this tax to be associated with.
5. Add your Income Description and click on the Add Item button.
6. If it is a Expense, just toggle on the Expense option, enter the Item Code and Item Name, and select the Expense Account from the drop down menu you want this Item and Service to be associated with.
7. Enter the description for your Expense Item and Service and click the Add Item button.
8. In case it's not an Income or Expense Item and Description you can toggle on the Other, from where you'll have to fill in the Item Code, Item Name, and select the Account you want this Items and Services to be associated with.
9. Add the Description to this Item and Service, and click the Add Item button.
Success, you've added your Items and Services.
