Update Location

Update location feature is used when you have lost GPS connectivity or simply do not have any GPS connectivity to the vehicle hauling the shipment.


1. To update the location of an active shipment, navigate to the shipment table, click on the three dots, and then choose the "Update Location" option.

2. Selecting the Update Location option will prompt a popup where you can enter a City, State, Country, or just the ZIP code.
