1. The Drug and Alcohol Report provides detailed information on all drug and alcohol test results for the selected time period. It includes the following details:
- Driver(s) Name: Name(s) of the driver(s) tested
- Test Date: Date when the test was conducted
- Test Type: Type of test administered
- Reason for Test: Reason for conducting the test
- Test Results: Outcome of the test
2. User is able to Search the Report by the Calendar (selecting custom date range(s) and predefined ranges).
3. User is able to Search the Report per Driver
4. User is able to Search the Report per Reason (what is the reason the driver undertook the Drug and Alcohol test)
5. User is able to generate a report by clicking on the "Generate Report" button located on the top right side of the screen.
