Samsara - Sync Hours of Service for Drivers

When connecting HOS from Samsara to Trucking Digital you will have to do following:

1. Go to Dashboard and on the menu scroll down to the bottom and you will see Connected Services.

2. When you are there look for Samsara – Hours of Service and click connect and pop up window will ask you to enter API Key.

After you have connected, if it shows the "Remove" option like on the picture bellow that means that it has been successfully connected.

3. After that go to the Dashboard >Fleet + Staff >Drivers

4. Find the driver that you want to link to Samsara HOS and open up their profile. Then use navigation bar on the bottom to find Connected Services, located on the right side of the menu.

5. When you are there on the right side you will see “Connect” button. When you click on it pop up window will open and ask you to type in Drivers ID. Drivers ID can be found on Samsara. Keep this screen open, and go to step 6 in a new tab.

6. Go to Samsara’s Home page and on the menu find Drivers.

7. When you open up drivers, search for the driver that you want to connect and open up his profile. DRIVERS ID is located in the link. After last “/” you should se numbers, copy and paste them to the Trucking Digital, step 5. and click connect.
