To navigate to Data retention you can see the arrow on the left sidebar of Company Setting. Here you will find your Equipment Tracking History and Hours of Service Logs. In this part of Company Settings you can set how long the data will stay in your system and after how long that data will be deleted.
a. In the Equipment Tracking History you can select two options: 30 Days and 60 Days which after that period the tracking information will be deleted.
b. Hours of Service Logs you can select purge options: 1 Month, 6 Months, 1 Year, 2 Years and 3 Years after which that data will be deleted. Please note this data is only deleted from the Truckin Digital system not your ELD provider.
