Step 1
Please select which device you are using and install the Remote Support Client:
Mac users, install Remote Support Client: https://my.anydesk.com/v2/api/v2/custom-clients/downloads/public/TB4TKMVN6WF1/TruckinDigitalRemoteSupport.dmg
Windows users, install Remote Support Client: https://my.anydesk.com/v2/api/v2/custom-clients/downloads/public/671XBWSVESS3/Truckin%20Digital%20-%20Remote%20Support.exe
Android users, install Remote Support Client: https://my.anydesk.com/v2/api/v2/custom-clients/downloads/public/N8BZGKPYSYAE/TruckinDigitalRemoteSupport.apk
Step 2
Once Installed, please open the Remote Support Client and provide your ID to the support agent (866) 300-7701. See example below:
