Arrivals and Departures

1. The Arrivals and Departures Report provides users with a detailed overview of all fleet arrivals and departures at each stop point in their database. Truckin Digital aims to offer users in-depth insights into fleet wait times, enhancing visibility and management of their operations.

 


2. To view data for a specific stop point, users should navigate to the top left side of the screen and select the desired stop point from the list. 



3. After selecting the stop point, the following data will be displayed:

  • Arrival Times: The times when the fleet arrived at the stop point
  • Departure Times: The times when the fleet departed from the stop point
  • Wait Times: Duration of time spent waiting at the stop point
  • Fleet Details: Information on the vehicles or drivers associated with the stop point

  1. Location Name
  2. Equipment
  3. Customer
  4. Shipment ID 
  5. Arrived Date
  6. Departed Date
  7. Wait time


4.To view data for a specific stop point and driver, users should:

  1. Select the Stop Point: Choose the desired stop point from the list in the top left corner of the screen.
  2. Sort by Driver: Once the stop point is selected, apply sorting by driver to view the data for each driver associated with that stop point.

This allows users to analyze data both by stop point and by individual driver.

 


5. After selecting above mentioned parameters the following data will appear: 



6. Users can choose between viewing a Detailed Report, as shown in the screenshots above, or selecting a Summary Report for the selected stop point. 



7. Users can export the report by clicking on the Generate Report button located in the top right corner of the screen, or by selecting the PDF/CSV button.
