We believe that the best drivers know other great drivers. That’s why you can now seamlessly allow your current drivers to easily refer qualified candidates for open job positions directly through the app, making the process quick, efficient, and rewarding for everyone involved. With the growing demand for skilled truckers, your referrals are more valuable than ever.
1. To find the Referrals page you will have to navigate first to your main left sidebar to Recruiting - Referrals. When you click on Referrals you will be redirected to the Referrals table overview page. 
2. When your drivers want to create a Referral they have to go on the Truckin Digital Driver App and then to Other Actions. There they have to click on Referrals. 
3. Then your driver will have to enter the details of the Referral. 
4. The pop up for "Driver Job application" will open up once clicked and the driver will be prompted with the following options based on what the user set on the company settings.
5. After the above mention step is done user will be able to see the Referral in Truckin Digital System under "Recruiting" and "Referrals" tab and decide on what an appropriate course of action is next based on internal decisions.
