1. To generate an electronic bill of lading, navigate to the Planner or Shipments page.
2. To generate a bill of lading for a shipment, click on the three dots associated with the desired shipment and select the Generate Bill of Lading option.
3. Once the Generate Bill of Lading option is selected, you will be prompted to enter all the necessary information to create an electronic BOL, beginning with the selection of stop points, among other details.
4. After you have filled out all the necessary fields, you can finish your process by clicking on the button Generate Bill of Lading
This will redirect you to a new tab in your shipment profile labeled "eBOL", where you can View, Regenerate, or Delete your generated bill of lading.
Note: When you generate an eBOL, it will be available to the Driver App. Drivers will also have a signature pad to input shipper and receiver signatures, which will then be displayed on the eBOL. To retrieve the eBOL, it will be located under your Shipment > eBOL tab.
5. Once you have dispatched the driver on a shipment and you generated an eBOL once the driver checks in at the pickup location he will be able to see the eBOL under his shipment details as shown bellow.
Note: the blue wording "View Electronic Bill Of Lading"
6. Once the driver clicks on the "View Electronic Bill of Lading" the following window will open up with all of the details of the eBOL that we have set in the shipments on our system. The driver can share via email to Shippers or Receivers if required.
7. After this step once the driver fills out the fields "Pieces" , "Weight", "Seal ID" under it there will be a signature pad where he can get a signature from the personnel at the shipper/ receiver.

7. After driver checks out of the shipper and arrives at the receiver, he will be prompted with the same "signature" field for the delivery along with an option to upload the POD or any other document that the user set as required.
