WEX Fleet Card - Setup Instructions

Setup Steps

To setup WEX EFS with Truckin Digital, you must first authorize WEX to communicate with Truckin Digital.

1. Please follow these instructions for Data Sharing with WEX attached to this article. 

2. To find us in the software providers list, look for our legal name: Truckin Systems LLC.

3. After you have authorized the data sharing, next you can simply connect the service by selecting WEX EFS Fleet Card connect button.

You will notice in the pop up you must enter your username and password for WEX EFS. Once you have entered the correct credentials, you should be connected. To verify go to Card Management in the main menu and you should see your cards appear.

We highly recommend creating a web services type of user in WEX as WEX password cycles standard accounts. 

IMPORTANT: DO NOT MAKE CHANGES IN WEX ONCE YOU ARE CONNECT WITH TRUCKIN DIGITAL. WE PROVIDE A ONE WAY CONNECTION, NOT TWO-WAY. CHANGES ON WEX WILL NOT APPEAR ON TRUCKIN DIGITAL.
